This Princess 37 was purchased from the owner of a boatyard and marina who had intended to refurbish it for his own use. The current owner agreed to buy the boat provided the engines were serviced and the interior fitted out to his own specification to professional standards. The interior is very contemporary and does not look at all dated. The boat was surveyed out of the water in Feb 2024 and found to be free of osmosis. I have to say this would be an amazing live aboard, the space everywhere on a 32ft is quite unbelievable she ebven has patios windows. Inside she appears to be in good condition headlinings, carpet, upholstery everything. Her galley is brilliantly apponted and I really do love all the windows creating a very airey space. Outside she has a great aft deck, then a good fybridge, a swim platform and a good sized foredeck - i found her quite easy to walk around along the side decks too.
