Canary Islands Spain|
The Jean Beret designed Beneteau First 345 is one of the finest sailing Beneteaus ever built, she sleeps six comfortably in her two aft cabin and forward V-berth layout. This model is fast and will bring a smile to your face the first time you sail her.
Naval Architect Jean Berret is noted for his cruiser/racer designs, the Beneteau First 345 was designed and built for ocean category sailing. With more than 450 built, they have been very popular for those wanting a boat capable of holding her own on the racecourse and but with the creature comforts of a cruising interior. This boat is a great upwind sailer, she sails beautifully and is well equipped for single-handed sailing or in group with max 6-8 people.
Wood interior is bright and pleasant thanks to large plexiglass double slider on the coach roof.
Delivery available by prior arrangement.
We prepared 'Best Move' last year for ocean sailing and started in November 2019 from Greece towards Canary islands.
We had 7-8 Beaufort sea in the Ionian sea and windy rough weather through the Mediterranean sea. We spent some time in La Linea de Concepcion (near Strait of Gibraltar) preparing for the Atlantic Ocean where we had the standing rigging replaced (New forestay, new shrouds and new backstay).
Since January we have been cruising around the Canary Islands, our long term plan is for the Caribbean if she is not sold before then.
